⚠ Phase ⑦ — Delete from SharePoint (LIVE, destructive)
This moves every file recorded as migrated & verified in S3 to the SharePoint
recycle bin and leaves a placeholder link behind. Files not found in S3 are skipped
automatically — but treat this as a live delete.
Recommended: run ⑤ Validate URLs first and confirm 0 failed.
Each file is re-verified in S3 immediately before deletion.
Deleted files go to the SharePoint recycle bin (recoverable for a limited time), not permanent erase.
